I have heard that it takes 21 days to make a habit. I am trying to gear my mind to get into a “mentally healthy” habit. I am trying to get up and say positive things, no expectations and have a general view of gratitude. I am attempting to believe in myself, no matter what. I am training my brain to see all positive sides of things, and feel energy. I am hoping to foresee bumps in the road and better steer my stress level…and overall – just BE. But be a better me in the process. So far, its been wayyyyy longer than 21 days so hopefully it will stick.
